Avacorp it's a company of real estate appraisal in Guadalajara with over 20 years in the market. They are known for creating new ways shortening the time of waiting to get an appraisal for the properties and to keep informed their clients about the real estate tendencies. They have a warm and personalized attention.

They were looking to project a new and fresh image that communicated their way of working. Therefore we created a visual system composed of 3 real estate maps: Commercial, residential and industrial. The logotype is just typographical, this way we create a duality in the fun part being the illustrations and the formal one with the logotype and information of the company.
