Levante is a new real estate company located in Guadalajara, their main values to communicate are: vanguard and the warm and easy approach with the clients.
 
We worked in an icon inspired in cardinal points, using this concept as a reference since lands and estates are located in location coordinates, a well known concept to them and in which they feel related.
 
The typographical selection makes a great combination with the icon by being a minimalist and sans serif typography, doesn't steal the attention to the icon, both elements represent the luxury and vanguard that represents this company without losing the warm approach with the clients.
